Jade Takacs

Jade Takacs is the Assistant Stage Manager for Grease here at Valley Opera and Performing Arts, where she helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from San Diego, she grew up doing theatre and developed a lifelong passion for the performing arts. With experience as an Assistant Stage Manager, House Manager, Stage Hand, and Lighting Tech Assistant, she’s worn a lot of hats in the theatre world and has enjoyed every single one of them! Her well rounded background gives her a solid understanding of what it takes to pull off a great show, and she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. Jade is passionate about live theatre, supporting creative teams, and making sure every audience member feels welcome. Whether she’s helping backstage or greeting guests in the lobby. She’s proud to be part of VOPA, a space that brings people together through the magic of theatre.
