Emily Gallagher is the creator and star of the one woman opera, Enchanted Melodies: An Interactive Fairytale Opera which she premiered in June of 2024 with City Lyric Opera in New York City. She has gone on to perform the opera with Pacific Opera Project, Opera Modesto, the Stanislaus County Library System, Azure Family Concerts (Pittsburgh), The Stissing Center (New York), Creative Becoming (Philadelphia), the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Philadelphia, Lyric Opera of Orange County, Santa Cruz Opera Project, and the Pittsburgh Children’s Museum, with upcoming performances at San Francisco Opera, through the company’s community engagement and outreach programs.
As a 2022-23 Fulbright Grantee to Austria she worked with the theater production company TaleSpin—Musical Tales for Big and Small in Vienna to produce an original children’s concert series and picture book available in four languages. Emily has music and stage directed numerous musicals for youth theater and created a PBS “teachable moment” about opera which aired on Pittsburgh area PBS stations. Enchanted Melodies is a fusion of Emily’s creative passions with the mission of accessible and affordable live music experiences for all.
An avid producer, Emily is also the co-creator of the immersive concert experience Goodnight Moon. She has performed this program of moon themed repertoire across genres with pianist Andrew Pham in Eugene, Oregon and Modesto, California this past season. This innovative recital is performed in a planetarium with an accompanying full-dome planetarium show designed specifically for the concert.
Upcoming engagements include Micaëla in Carmen with Valley Opera and Performing Arts; a soloist with Opera Santa Barbara for their Pop-Up Opera series; a soloist for the N.E.O voice festival where she will premiere a Finnish-language piece for soprano, choir, and organ; and a soloist for an operatic wine pairing concert, Opera Uncorked, at the Stissing Center in New York.

Caleb Yanez Glickman
Caleb Yanez Glickman is the Music Director of Opera Modesto, where he works as an integral part of the music staff bringing opera to California’s Central Valley. His conducting of their Le Nozze di Figaro was acclaimed by North Bay Stage and Screen as sounding “as fresh as the day it premiered.” From 2022-24, he was also the music director of the Hollywood Youth Orchestra, an El-Sistema program where he led programming dedicated to cultivating community interest in classical music.
Since 2023, he has conducted several productions with Pacific Opera Project in Los Angeles, quickly becoming one of their mainstay conductors. In addition to POP and Opera Modesto, Caleb has also recently worked with Spoleto Festival USA, Opera Southwest, Lyric Opera of Orange County, Opera in the Ozarks, Opera Saratoga, and Savannah Opera. This season, he added Washington National Opera and Fargo-Moorhead Opera to those ranks.
Caleb is a zealous advocate for bringing classical music to new audiences. In addition to his collaboration on Enchanted Melodies, his recent conception of a gender-bent production of The Mighty Casey, William Schuman’s baseball opera, was hailed as “nothing short of brilliant.” As music director in Modesto, he also helps foster several education based initiatives. This includes their Summer Opera Institute, a youth-program for learning about opera, and their Story into Song Literacy Initiative, which brings opera to over 13,000 students in the Central Valley during the school year.
