Cymbaline Filippi

Cymbaline Filippi is a professional singer, actor, dancer, pianist, and flautist with many years of experience in the sacred, classical, and musical theater genres. She has been dancing since the age of 5, and choreographed Seussical the Musical, as well as several dance, musical theater, and choral numbers for various performances. Her favorite roles include Anna in The King and I, Fiona in Brigadoon, Nellie in South Pacific, and Marian the Librarian in The Music Man. She has always loved Fiddler on the Roof, and is excited to finally be choreographing and performing this beautiful musical. She also teaches general music, choir, and band at CHIME Charter School, to inspire the next generation of musicians. This is her third production with VOPA, and she feels blessed to be a part of it, and grateful to Shira and Dylan Thomas for believing in her and making her a part of their passion project.
